As a co-founder and Design Manager at Ventuer, Leon ensures that every project starts with a solid concept and ends with precise, detailed drawings. His expertise in design and engineering ensures that all projects meet performance standards, comply with regulations, and are completed on time. Leon works closely with internal teams and external engineers to make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
When he’s not designing innovative systems at work, Leon enjoys biking, hiking, and spending time with his wife and two young boys. He’s also the guy everyone calls when something needs fixing, always ready to roll up his sleeves and get things done.
