As the Factory Team Leader at Ventuer, Jesse is the go-to person for making sure everything in the factory runs like a well-oiled machine. He oversees production schedules, quality control, and team coordination, ensuring that everything is delivered on time and to the highest standards. Jesse thrives on keeping the workflow smooth while maintaining a strong focus on safety.

Outside of his leadership role at Ventuer, Jesse is an accomplished boxer. He’s a two-time National Amateur Boxing Champion and the Captain of the Southland Boxing Team. Jesse enjoys sharing his love of boxing through mentoring and staying active with his fitness routines. His determination in both the factory and the ring shows his commitment to achieving his goals.
